What to Expect as a New Patient

• Quick Phone Interview (Before You Schedule): Before you become a patient, we start with a brief phone interview. We do this because we respect your time—and ours—and we want to make sure our office is the right fit for your needs. If it’s a great match, we’ll help you schedule your first visit.
• Your Initial Consultation (45-60 minutes): You’ll be warmly welcomed by our front desk team and guided through any remaining paperwork. A staff member will bring you to an exam room, where the doctor will take time to listen to your concerns, health history, and goals. A thorough examination and chiropractic testing will follow. If needed, X-rays will be taken. Before you leave, we’ll schedule your second visit—often as soon as the next day.
• Your Second Visit (Report of Findings): On your return, your chiropractor will explain what’s happening in your body, review findings and X-rays, and outline a personalized care plan. You’ll understand what treatment looks like, how long it may take, and what results to expect. If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive your first adjustment that day. Progress is tracked throughout care to ensure results.
